ary Best has been associated with the firm for many years.  Her civil litigation practice emphasizes all areas of real property law,  including construction defect matters.  Mary graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in English and Journalism and went on to attain her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1983.  Mary sits as a judge pro tem for the San Diego Superior Court, and as an arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court and the San Diego Bar Association.  She also teaches various legal courses for the San Diego Community College District and UC-Riverside.
